Clean Your Body With A 7-day Detox Diet

For lunch and dinner, eat a cup of steamed vegetables and a cup of whole grains for carbohydrates. You can also eat some fresh fruit for dessert and for your afternoon snack as well.
During your 7-day detox diet, there is definitely no smoking and drinking of alcohol allowed. Make sure that you consume at least eight glasses of water or other fluids like fresh fruit juices throughout the day. You must also have 7-8 hours of sleep during this cleansing period to keep your body well-rested.
Exercise is also a good accompaniment to your treatment. Brisk-walking for about 30 minutes everyday will help improve your circulation and will also encourage the elimination of free radicals from your body.
