		<description>Thanks for the tips!  I am on my second day of no sugar, coffee, dairy, meat, or processed grains.  I feel a little headache-y and listless and I slept more than normal.  But it helps me to know that the foods I crave aren't at all necessary for me to live and be healthy, that rather my body has been tricked into thinking it needs coffee and donuts to be energized.  I've suffered a little bit from adult acne and my mother told me that a diet that included raw carrots, lots of oranges, and lettuce really cleared up her skin.  I'm hoping to stick with it and feel better inside and out.</description>
